Welcome to WORLDGOODS. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to WORLDGOODS. WORLDGOODS operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (collectively, the "Services").
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced in them, govern your access to and use of the Services and purchases made through our online store.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product availability where reasonably necessary, subject always to orders already accepted and to applicable consumer law.

3. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Receipt of an automatic order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or otherwise confirm that the order is being fulfilled, depending on the checkout process applicable to your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, obvious pricing or product-information errors, stock unavailability, shipping restrictions, suspected resale activity contrary to these Terms, or legal or regulatory restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Requests to modify or cancel an order after submission may not always be possible once processing or fulfillment has begun.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and withdrawal rights are subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices displayed in our store are those applicable at the time you place your order, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law. Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be communicated during checkout before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or similar charges may apply depending on the destination and the circumstances of the shipment. Where such amounts are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient as permitted by applicable law.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to separate conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Statutory withdrawal rights may be subject to exceptions provided by law, including for certain categories of goods or services.
Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

10. Relationship With Shopify
WORLDGOODS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with WORLDGOODS.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and WORLDGOODS, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with WORLDGOODS, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You grant WORLDGOODS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish User Content you intentionally submit for review, promotional, marketing, operational and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, malicious or otherwise violates the rights of another person.
Where permitted by law, we may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
13. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as product descriptions, availability, promotions, pricing, shipping costs or estimated delivery times.

This section does not reduce or interfere with any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent legally permissible or, where necessary, treated as severed.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
21. No Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the policies and conditions expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from our store, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Where a dispute is not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Spanish law will be competent to resolve the dispute.
